Sign up here for the chance to come Thursday afternoon and setup camp for Moonshadow Festival. Pardon our dust as we continue to setup. This is just access to be on Festival Grounds early. Gates open at 12pm. Each Thursday Pre-Pass Attendee must have volunteer credentials, weekend tickets and parking passes already in-hand before arrival.

Shadows are required to work two 4-hour shifts (total of 8 volunteer hours) and attend one zoom orientation.

As a shadow, you'll be assigned to one of these departments:

• Set Up / Bre

• Production (Stage Setup & Breakdown)

• Ticketing (Checking People In)

• Security (Extra Set of Eyes)

• General Ops (Clean up & Maintenance)
